ReproMax DFS (a document fulfillment system) is a planroom that was designed for registered users to store, organize and display their plans online; designated users are then able to view entire sets or specific pages at their discretion. The beauty of DFS is whether you’re in the office, on a business trip, or working from home, you can simply login and view your plans anytime you want. You no longer have to carry a full set of plans with you, just click and view! Catering to your needs is what we do best. There are numerous options available to you when you’re ready to get started on your new DFS Planroom (please ask to speak with a sales representative to find out how to get started.) Whether you send us your plans via e-mail, submit them on a disc, or hand-over your hard copy originals (alternative data retention devices accepted, i.e. Flashdrive, SD Memory Card, ZIP disc, etc.,) you can rest assured that any document pertaining to your project (specs, warranties, MSDS, photos, RFI’s, and meeting minutes) would be processed and cataloged by one of our designated DFS specialists assigned to maintain your planroom. In the past, order submissions/updates could take anywhere from 16 to 24 hours to process. The new planroom is faster and easier to use which allows users to view the recent uploads and potentially place orders within 4 to 8 hours of submission. This time saving feature of ReproMax DFS provides you with the opportunity to move onto other, more important things. |

Always know which document is current You and the project team members will always know which document is the most current with DFS version control. Regardless of what issue the drawings were published into, the “Current Set” folder contains the most current set of plans. They are also broken down by discipline so you can get the “Current Architecture Set” and so on. If you need a specific issue set, you can go to that specific folder. Older versions of documents are clearly indicated with a red dot. |
