Tammy has been with the company since 2000. In 2003 she established her niche as the Marketing Director and in 2010 became CEO. “As the newest member of the Smith family, I think it’s important to meet and greet our clients, find out how we can be of better service to them, and research new products and services,” stated Tammy. When she was asked to forecast the direction of the Orlando print industry, her response was, “More attention on the part of the consumer to conserve resources and save money has prompted us to look to an alternative medium which may be to expand on our already extensive list of wide format services. More importantly, consumers look to companies like ours for more personalized care because they can go anywhere for printing.

Often you’ll find Tammy working alongside CSRs within the various departments of American Reprographics. “As an owner, I need to know what’s going on,” she remarked. But more recently, if you stop by their offices, you’ll notice she’s implemented more than just a few changes. Not only have the logo and its colors changed, but when you drive past the building or step into their lobby, you’ll be welcomed by a harmonic medley of blues, grays and oranges, informative signage, and friendly faces. “We’re implementing changes that we are sure will benefit our clients, as well as enhance the viability of the business as it relates to our employees and the reprographic industry itself.
