Sophia is forever proving her willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Known for her "let’s just get it done attitude," occasionally you’ll find her helping out in the early morning hours in our dispatch department, however her stomping ground is Accounts Receivable and collections. Hired in 2000 to work the front counter, she was shifted to the reception position and then later into the dispatch department. As her knowledge of the inner workings of the company increased, Sophia naturally transitioned into the accounting department in 2001. It became clear to her, over time, just where her talents lie. While working full time as a personal assistant to the owner and as a liaison in the accounting department to the accounting manager; her passion for numbers and organization have since led her to go to school at night to finish her degree in business accounting.
