Taking the lead position of IT Manager in May 2008, Jovan’s talents in the information technology field have enabled him to focus on the needs of both the company and its clients. Internally, Jovan has identified and addressed specific target issues pertaining to networking between departments for better communication, and the transfer of client job files for print and fulfillment. Externally our clients benefit from his industry knowledge and the implementation of hardware/software that allows the smooth transfer of the information, whether they do business online, over the phone or placing orders over the counter. But more importantly, his industry skills and attention to detail has enabled him to dig-in and get a fresh perspective of what printing is all about.

Jovan has applied his technical knowledge in the fields of real estate, software development, financial services and the investment banking industries. When asked how he feels his previous work experience has benefitted the company and its clients over the last several months, Jovan quietly stated, “I have several things that I would like to implement and troubleshoot here; there’s still so much I can accomplish.”
