A 10 year veteran with American Reprographics, Elaine was initially hired as a CSR in 1998. A few years later, she was promoted to Customer Service Manager where the scope of her job covered everything from the front counter, reception, customer ordering/invoicing and dispatch. Her sharp skills and attention to detail got her noticed, and when a sales assistant position became available, she eagerly applied for the position.

Elaine is an outstanding member of the sales team; her position enables her to act as a liaison between customers, the sales representatives and production. She is instrumental in ensuring that customer’s projects are completed per detailed specifications and are delivered on time.
