A 2 year veteran with American Reprographics, Connie was initially hired as a CSR to provide support in our Customer Service Department. Her 10 years of management experience with CFE Federal Credit Union gave her a boost and as her familiarity of the customer service department and the print industry increased, she was shifted to a position which enabled her to work alongside CSRs in the CAD/Engineering department and more directly with customers. Her assertiveness and determination to help customers, as well as her professionalism among co-workers didn’t go unnoticed, and in February of ’08 she was offered the position of CSR Manager.

Connie is an outstanding member of the American Reprographics team; she instills in her CSRs her values and customer service experience with bi-weekly meetings where she stresses the importance of always exceeding customer’s expectations and deadlines.
