Connie was initially hired in February 2007 as a CSR to provide support in our Customer Service Department. Her 10 years of management experience with CFE Federal Credit Union as well as her experience in service and sales with the Walt Disney World Travel Company gave her a boost and as her familiarity of the department and the print industry increased, she was shifted to a position which enabled her to work alongside the CAD/Engineering department and more directly with customers. Her assertiveness and determination to help customers, as well as her professionalism among co-workers didn’t go unnoticed, and in February of 2008 she was offered the position of CSR Manager.

Connie is an outstanding member of the American Reprographics team; she instills in the CSRs her values and customer service experience with weekly meetings where she stresses the importance of always exceeding our customers expectations.
